End of Year - Logistics Update

With the busy end-of-year period upon us, we wanted to give our customers notice of our shipping deadlines and operational close over festive season, to allow you to plan ahead and order accordingly.
Final Weeks of 2025 - Orders and Deliveries News
With the year end order rush and festive holidays fast approaching, we wanted to give our customers advance notice of order and shipping deadlines and operational shut-down dates over the holiday period. We're also mindful of the increasing impact of Black Friday on logistics networks, and have been receiving advisories from our freight partners that normal services are likely to be affected this coming few weeks.
Due to this increased pressure on freight and courier services over this next month, next day deliveries cannot always be guaranteed, and some timed services are not available.
Please note our last day for 2025 shipping is Thursday 18th December.
If your order is urgent, please contact us and we'll do everything in our power to get the order to you for the required date. We just can't guarantee delivery times as this is in the hands of third party logistics operators.
Our last day of business for 2025 is Friday 19th December, after which we'll be closed for the holidays, resuming business on Monday 5th January 2026.
Looking beyond the holidays and into New Year, we also wish to advise that we will be operating reduced hours service on Monday 12th of January as our entire team is together for our annual Kick-off meeting. We'll be closed from 12 noon on that date and resume normal business from 9.30am the following morning.
All that remains is to thank you for your support in what has been another fast-moving and successful (and award-winning!) year for Audiologic - we are genuinely appreciative for our loyal customers, suppliers and business partners. We hope that partnership continues strongly in 2026 and together we continue to thrive.
