Sennheiser ME 2

The Sennheiser ME 2 is a compact omnidirectional lavalier microphone designed for clear speech and vocal reproduction. Its small clip-on format allows it to be positioned discreetly on clothing, making it suitable for presentations, interviews, education, corporate events, video production and other applications where hands-free microphone operation is required. The omnidirectional capsule captures sound consistently from all directions, helping maintain an even voice level if the wearer turns their head or moves naturally while speaking. Sennheiser specifies a frequency response of 50 Hz to 18 kHz, a maximum sound pressure level of 130 dB, and a sensitivity of 17 mV/Pa. The microphone uses a 3.5 mm mini-jack connection, has a 1.6 m cable and is designed for use with compatible Sennheiser evolution wireless SK bodypack transmitters. Its compact 6.5 mm microphone diameter helps keep it unobtrusive when attached to clothing.
