AUDIO LOGIC LTD (Audio Logic) supplies pro-audio, commercial sound and audio-visual equipment to installation contractors. We represent a range of brands who manufacture the equipment we supply. Audio Logic also acts as consultants to different venues needing advice on audio visual equipment.

Audio Logic will store your data securely. Any files containing personal data will be encrypted, including files shared with third parties.

What we use your data for

We need all the categories of information in the list above primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations. In some cases we may use your personal information to pursue legitimate interests, provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. The situations in which we will process your personal information are listed below:

  • For work that is being carried out that your company is involved with
  • For potential work that we would like to carry out for your business
  • For completed work that we have carried out in the past for your business
  • To send you information regarding work that we are carrying out together
  • To collect payments
  • Marketing emails (with opt-in consent only)

Your address, telephone number and account details will not be shared with any third parties.

It is only by your consent that we will share your name and email address with our marketing agency, OLEX Communications. Company Registration Number: 10254286.

OLEX Communications are responsible for sending out Audio Logic marketing newsletters and company announcements. OLEX Communications will only email you on behalf of Audio Logic with your consent.

Your rights with respect to your data

You have the right to request the following:

  • Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
